Do you bring the shed in 1 piece?
No, we assemble the shed on site and therefore only need 3ft wide access into the yard.
Do I need a concrete pad?
Our sheds come with their own floor so as long as the ground is reasonably level and settled then no, you should not need a concrete pad.
Do I need a permit for a gazebo or shed?
Depending on the city.
Does the shed sit directly on the ground?
No, we support and level the floor on 6-8 patio stones.
How far do I need to be away from the property line?
Generally 2ft but check with your local building department.
